The Regular Meeting of the Pleasant Local Board of Educationwas called to order at 6:00 p.m. Monday, May 21,2012, by TomBaker, President.

Mr. Baker led all in attendance in the pledge of allegiance to theflag, followed by prayer.

The following members responded to roll call: Tom Baker, BretBowers, Eric Grills, Gary Sims, and Ed Vaflor.

President Tom Baker requested an Executive Session at the end flfthe meeting to discuss the employment and compensation ofpersonnel.
