Distressed by attacks from without and discouraged by frustrations within, the church from its earliest days has been in constant warfare. When the apostles in the first-century church faced mounting distractions, they found it necessary to give themselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the Word (Acts 6:4). We believe there is a need to return to these same foundations of ministry in our day.

The dual conference themes of preaching and prayer reflect the realization that only ministries grounded in the faithful exposition of the Word and upheld by prayer have the power to effect any lasting changes in their hearers. Our goal is to refresh and equip church leaders so that they will return to their ministries with renewed strength and purpose. Come and enjoy the fellowship and preaching of faithful men as they focus on rebuilding the foundations.
