That could have been spent on their primary product

Is being used on complementary products

Competition

Bigger

companies

That can afford to sell their products at a lower cost

Are proving to be a

BIG issue

And a real competition

Location

With the company only having four stores

nationwide

Auckland

Wellington

Dunedin

Christchurch

They are loosing potential customers

Especially in the rural areas

Recommendations

1. Work with the customers instead of against them and start selling your

own version of downloaded music

2. Focus on one product and aim to be the best in that particular area

3. Start up new stores in different locations around

the country
