Major in Real Estate Management

• Will follow the established TRSBM curriculum framework – 13 courses in real estate

management – 17 courses in business – 6 liberal studies courses – 6 professionally-related

courses • Will include a summer

internship or a co-op program after 3rd year

• Of the 13 real estate courses, 7 are required

1. Introduction to real estate management 2. Real estate finance I 3. Real estate development 4. Real estate law I 5. Real estate economics 1 6. Sustainability in real estate 7. Real estate management project capstone

• 6 courses are chosen by the student from the list below

1. Housing and construction management 2. Real estate law II 3. Real estate finance II 4. Real estate economics II 5. Real estate strategic management 6. Real estate appraisal 7. Geography location theory 8. Geographic information systems 9. Demographics (in Geography department)
