ABOUT MHP IN BRIEF 1998 – MHP (Myronivsky Hliboproduct) was founded in Ukraine and remains the leading agro-industrial company in the country. MHP primarily focuses on raising, producing, selling the highest quality chicken and chicken products. Until now we remain the largest poultry producer in Ukraine with 50% of the country capacity. 2012 – MHP is going to become the largest poultry producer in Europe. We completing the largest poultry plant in Europe. Production starts in June 2012 and will provide 75 % of country capacity. MHP is certified for exports to the European Union. Certification also includes ISO, HACCP, Halal. MHP is completely vertically organized and structured in 3 segments: • Grain growing: corn, sunflower, rape, wheat. • Production of high quality poultry feed, exportation of grains and sunflower oil. • Meat & poultry production: breeder farms, poultry farms, processing, packaging. Poultry and related operations produce:

– chicken (chilled and frozen), ready-to-cook frozen convenience food – sausages and processed meats, geese, foie gras and angus beef.

Other agricultural operations include: apples, pears, strawberries as well as crops from crop rotation.
