HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALSCaution: Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse.Domestic Animals: This product is considered to be relatively nontoxic to dogs and otherdomestic animals; however, ingestion of this product or large amounts of freshly sprayedvegetation may result in temporary gastrointestinal irritation (vomiting, diarrhea, colic,etc.). If such symptoms are observed, provide the animal with plenty of fluids to preventdehydration. Call a veterinarian if symptoms persist for more than 24 hours.Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Applicators and other handlers must wear: long-sleeved shirt and long pants, and shoes plus socks. Follow manufacturer’s instructionsfor cleaning/maintaining Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). If there are no suchinstructions for washables, use detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separatelyfrom other laundry.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDSDo not contaminate water when cleaning equipment or disposing of equipmentwashwaters and rinsate. Treatment of aquatic weeds can result in oxygen depletion orloss due to decomposition of dead plants. This oxygen loss can cause fish suffocation. Incase of spill or leak, soak up and remove to a landfill.Do not discharge effluent containing this product into lakes, streams, ponds, estuaries,oceans, or other waters unless in accordance with the requirements of a National PollutantDischarge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and the permitting authority has beennotified in writing prior to discharge. Do not discharge effluent containing this product tosewer systems without previously notifying the local sewage treatment plant authority.For guidance contact your State Water Board or Regional Office of the EPA.

PHYSICAL OR CHEMICAL HAZARDSSpray solutions of this product must be mixed, stored and applied using only stainless steel,aluminum, fiberglass, plastic or plastic-lined steel containers.DO NOT MIX, STORE OR APPLY THIS PRODUCT OR SPRAY SOLUTIONS OF THISPRODUCT IN GALVANIZED STEEL OR UNLINED STEEL (EXCEPT STAINLESS STEEL)CONTAINERS OR SPRAY TANKS. This product or spray solutions of this product reactwith such containers and tanks to produce hydrogen gas which may form a highlycombustible gas mixture. This gas mixture could flash or explode, causing serious personalinjury, if ignited by open flame, spark, welder’s torch, lighted cigarette or other ignitionsource.

USER SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet.Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse.

WARRANTY AND LIABILITYTo the extent consistent with applicable law, Ag Specialties LLC warrants that this productconforms to the chemical description on the label and is reasonably fit for the purposesset forth in the Complete Directions for Use label booklet (“Directions”) when used inaccordance with those Directions under the conditions described therein. NO OTHEREXPRESSED WARRANTY OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULARPURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY IS MADE. This warranty is also subject to theconditions and limitations stated herein.

STORAGE AND DISPOSALDo not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal.Pesticide Storage: Keep container closed to prevent spills and contamination. Storeabove 5°F (-15°C) to keep product from crystallizing. Crystals will settle to the bottom. Ifallowed to crystallize, place in warm room 68°F (20°C) for several days to redissolveand roll or shake container or recirculate in mini-bulk containers to mix well before using.Pesticide Disposal: Wastes resulting from the use of this product may be disposed ofon site or at an approved waste disposal Facility.Container Handling: Non-refillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. For non-refillable plastic containers (≤5 gallons) small enough to shake:

Triple rinse container (or equivalent) promptly after emptying. Triple rinse as follows:Empty the remaining contents into application equipment or a mix tank. Fill the container¼ full with water and recap. Shake for 10 seconds. Pour rinsate into applicationequipment or a mix tank or store rinsate for later use or disposal. Drain for 10 secondsafter the flow begins to drip. Repeat this procedure two more times.

Triple rinse container (or equivalent) promptly after emptying. Triple rinse as follows:Empty the remaining contents into application equipment or a mix tank. Fill the container¼ full with water. Replace and tighten closures. Tip container on its side and roll it backand forth, ensuring at least one complete revolution, for 30 seconds. Stand the containeron its end and tip it back and forth several times. Turn the container over onto its otherend and tip it back and forth several times. Empty rinsate into application equipment or amix tank or store rinsate for later use or disposal. Repeat this procedure two more times.Once properly rinsed, some agricultural plastic pesticide containers can be taken to acontainer collection site or picked up for recycling. Then offer this container for recycling,if available. If recycling is not available, dispose of this container in accordance withfederal, state, and local regulations and procedures, which may include puncturing anddisposing in a sanitary landfill, incineration, or if allowed by state and local authorities,by burning. If burned, stay out of smoke.
