3.1 selection of TOT candidates• academics who are working permanently at one of

the MEDA university departments and are committed to carry the training courses after being trained.

• representing departments that work in interesting fields for the local industry.

• have basic knowledge required for the courses of the three modules

• have the required language skills • have the required soft skills (communication,

presentation skills, etc.)• have the required IT skills
