Pneumatics

Tools are operated by high-pressure compressed air that drives the

mechanisms

Air compressors Reciprocatingdriven by the up-and-down motion of a piston in a

cylinder

Rotarythe air is compressed by a device similar to a centrifugal or

axial pump.

Stops the machine's needle in the "up" or "down" position

Allows the work to be turned e.g. when sewing corners

Advantages :

Helps in maintaining continuous line of stitching

Minimizes bending or breaking needles and releases thread for free

movement of the machine

Allows the operator to have both hands free to handle the fabric

Positioner also helps maintain constant speed and torque of the machine as

well as speeds up the outlining process
