It’s Almost SHO Time! The signup sheets for this year’s Shell Houston
Open will be at next week’s PTO meeting!
Our concession stand will be open Wednesday,
March 30th through Sunday, April 3rd. There will be two shifts a day, and we invite all of our parents, grandparents,
aunts, uncles and friends (adults only please) to volunteer. The morning shifts for Wednesday,
Thursday and Friday are from 8:00am to 1:30pm. Afternoon shifts are 1:30pm to 7:00pm. The
morning shifts for Saturday and Sunday are from 8:30am to 1:00pm, and the afternoon shifts are
12:00pm to 4:30pm.

Water can be any brand, but we are asking for bottled water by the case.

Registration Fee on Race Day is $25
Parking Information: There will be limited FREE parking on a first come basis in the Amegy Bank Parking garage on Fannin@San Jacinto and in the St. Joseph Medical Center West Tower Garage on St. Joseph Pkwy@Austin. Please view the DOWNTOWN PARKING CLOSEST TO STEPS map to locate the closest lots and garages. Be aware that you should be prepared to PAY for parking downtown. Most lots are under $7. You should be prepared to arrive before 7a.m.
The Steps4Students packets went home on Tuesday. If you registered after February 3rd, or did not mark “School Pick Up”, you need to get you packet at Luke's Locker on West Gray. Steps4Student personnel will be there today and tomorrow from noon to 7pm.
The SMMCS tent will be in the Village on Fannin Street! If you don’t receive your SMMCS Team Shirt by tomorrow afternoon, just stop by the SMMCS Tent.

Jump Rope for Heart is a national education and fundraising event sponsored by the American Heart Association and the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (AAHPERD). This year’s event will begin on February 22nd and will contin-ue through March 11th!
Information will be sent home on February 22nd.

The students of SMMCS will have the great honor of meet-ing incredible 3 sister from the Hijas misioneras del divino in-
fant de Praga" (Missionary Daughters of The Divine Infant
of Prague) on Wednesday, February 24th.
They will be speaking about their testimony of their lives in Colombia and their mission
fields.
Our SMMCS Girl Scout Troop was on a “roll” last Saturday night!
The girls had a blast during their Daughter/Daddy Bowling Night.
What a great Pre-Valentine’s date with the best guy these girls know!
