2010 Great Lakes Watercross at Beloit Riverfest
Madison, WI, June 27, 2010 Great Lakes Watercross U.S. Region 4 (Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois and Missouri) Rounds 2 and 3 will be held in conjunction with the Rock River Music Festival in Beloit, WI on Saturday, July 10th and Sunday, July 11th, 2010.
The Beloit festival has been redesigned to celebrate the diversity of different forms of entertainment and begins Wednesday, July 7th with
Carnival Night and continues Thursday, July 8th through Sunday, July 11th. Musically Riverfest has many new things in store for this year’s festival including

Experience the extreme Motorsports event that is watercross racing, 16 racers blasting out of the starting gate all trying to be take the holeshot, straightaway, hard right and left hand turns around the buoys marking the motocross type track on water. This is thrilling 70 mph handle bar to handle bar racing action you won’t want to miss!
Sign up from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m., qualifying 9:00 a.m. to noon, and racing from noon to 4:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Register online now or day of event for Ski and Runabout personal watercraft racing classes that range from Junior to Pro Am.
