PLANNING

Scope: Defining scope and share with client which RDPL work on except Modular networking etc.

CLIMATIC AND POLITYTICAL ISSUES: Define in design phase assumptions and Risk to carry out this project like approval and building constrains on working hours etc.

Approach: Precise information to other parties about the readiness of their Deliverable. Precise ordering of Material of manpower with extra efforts to manage this to enable the Project leader to handover the premises before stipulated time frame.

Organization: Being a Financial sector Customer best Project leader will be allocated to this project as for BANKING time is money.

Approvals Process :- Will provide the crisp and clear information to CLIENT team to approve faster.

Initial effort, cost, and duration estimates: These should start as best-guess estimates and then be revised, if necessary, when the work plan is completed same will be shared with CLIENT project team

2: Create a Project Plan :- RDPL will create the realistic project plan considering all constrains to complete project. 3:Define project management procedures up front Allocate the PM as well associated project teams . This will include areas on how the team will manage issues, scope change, risk, quality, communication, and so on so that team can work rigorously and proactively and to ensure that the project team and all stakeholders have a common understanding of how the project will be managed. If common procedures have already been established for your organization, utilize them on this project. 4: Manage the work plan and monitor the schedule and budget Review the work plan on a Daily basis to determine how you are progressing in terms of schedule and budget. This will help to determine the critical path and look for ways to accelerate these activities to get you back on track. It will help to monitor scope as well agreed with SMBC. 5:- Track the warning signs Rigorous monitoring will help to avoid the last Moment issue . And enable to project team to have precise information . If it is discover that activities you think have already been completed are still being worked on. 6:- Managing Risk : Keeping a close Monitoring will help to plan the mitigation on any risk . It will help to define the risk criticality and planning will be before it will occur. It will also help to assess , trigger the mitigation in time incase potential risks throughout the project. 7:- Communication Plan Plan the model of communication internal as well as for SMBC will enable to have crisp and clear plan . This will help to complete the project in time . 8. As Built document:- Project Leader will help create the list of documentations and start preparing the same in project life itself.
