Is there an error?• Ensure the questions are realistic and achievable• Have you got benchmarks already or is this a new measure?• Some goals may not be relevant enough or achievable – Don’t drown yourself

in data.• Sometimes LESS is MORE.• LIFELINE Use Social impact measure $1 invested is an $8 return to the

community.
