Sam Sugunasingam CHT holds Master in Human Resource (Training and Development). He also obtained two Diploma, Diploma in Human Resource and Diploma in Hotel Management at Educational Institute of the Singapore (SHATEC), Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT) from American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLA),Certified Human Resource Practitioner “CHRP” from Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management, Certificate in “Teaching & Creative Training” and completed a course of study in certificate in teaching from Stamford College, attend the workshop Train the Trainer conducted by (SHATEC) and his certificate for Train the Trainer certified by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad and External Verifier Officer, National Vocational Training Council (MLVK). Sam is ASEAN Master Trainer and Master Assessors.

Sam has be appointee as a Pakar Industri Negara for Tourism and Hospitality by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran Kementerian Sumber Manusia. Appointed as a Star Rating Inspectors for the Hotel Industry. He has been honoured with Appreciation Letter from WHITE HOUSE USA for his excellent hospitality service. Sam is certificate WE ARE THE HOST Master Trainer by Ministry of Tourism and Culture Malaysia.

Sam is an experienced corporate trainer and management consultant. He specializes in the areas of Communications & Interpersonal skill , personal development, customer service, Human Resource (Employment Act 1955 Act 265 and regulations) ( Industrial Relations Act 1967 (ACT 177) & rules and regulations) leadership and team building. He has more than 17 years of experience field of communications, Sam provides independent communications counsel to senior executives.
