About the RWMWD
Ramsey-Washington MetroWatershed District (RWMWD)
was established in 1975 as aspecial purpose localgovernment (MN Statutes,Chapter 103D).
The RWMWD mission is to
protect and improve the waterresource and water relatedenvironment in a 56 mi2 areaincluding parts or all of ten citieswith an estimated population of165,000.

The Lead local agency on water quality;
