eastern parts of India receives high rainfall.

The deviation of rainfall from normal in Koraput is highest in 1994 where as lowest in the year 1995.
As there is rainfall mostly in monsoon season the deviation is also similar in annual & monsoon season.

Opinion of Friends
The rainfall is Rajastan is very low and the variability also high.
The rainfall in north eastern states of India is very high and variability is low.
The variability of rainfall is above 50 percent in the western part of Tamil Nadu and eastern part of Karnataka.
Western parts of Orissa has also very high variability in rainfall.
The eastern and southern parts of Orissa has low variability of rainfall.
