The two-story mixed-use building classified as an office business park type, which was designed by renowned archi- tect Reanto Severino, is 16,000 s/f and sits on 1.28 acres overlooking Rte. 9A. The main warehouse section is 4,700 s/f with 22’ ceilings and has a 1,000 s/f section connected to it. The main headquarters is 5,100 s/f and consists of a recep- tion area, office space, individual offices with terraces, a conference room, kitchen and a dining lounge. The remaining 5,000 s/f section was used as a biotech lab. Vijay Raghavan of Vijay Realtors Inc. represented Gene Link, the seller of the building. Curley represented Maple TOV LLC, a private Brook- lyn investment group that purchased the property. Paul Ehmann of Coldwell Banker represented the seller, 5 Maple Rd. Realty Co. The private deal shortly after the purchase of the Nichols Shop ‘n Save by Han- naford Bros.
