What is Active Voice?A feature of transitive verb sentences in which the subject is generally the agent and the direct object is the goal or objective of the action. (The subject is performing the verb.) Ex: Olaf ran into the ice cycle.

What is Passive Voice?A feature of transitive sentences in which the direct object is sifted to the subject position and be+ -en is added to the verb. (The object of an active sentence becomes the subject)Ex: The ice cycle was ran into by Olaf.
