1 ~ Venue, time and number of branch meeting

Currently meet second Tuesday of every month at Cardiff Royal Infirmary at 18.30 hours.

Options: • Stay the same;• Or something different

Option A

Monthly, at 17.30 hours at CRI second Tuesday of every month. (Rationale: lots going on at the moment with cutbacks etc, free parking at CRI and access to rooms, change of time so able to come straight from work)

Options B

Monthly, at ...... hours at .......... on.............. (bi-monthly, earlier time, new venue etc)

Harrogate International Centre, 13-17 May 2012.

Submitting a Congress resolution or matter for discussion is your chance to lead the debate and influence the RCN agenda for the year ahead.

The deadline for submissions is 28 November 2011.

We have at present booked five rooms at hotel near the Centre.

3 ~ Congress: Resolutions Felt that this year we wanted to have a resolution submitted.

Chair after listening to members and current situation regards to pensions and austerity measures felt that we need to address ‘Article 12’

Sent out handouts to help write resolution.

Other resolution ideas from Wales include IT access.

Proposal: Plan to have Branch night out fro activists; Can be for coffee, tea, cake, wine, dancing, food

etc Bi-monthly or monthly? Can put it on the Branch Calendar of important

events!
