Dear Speedway Club Members,

We are looking forward to a fantastic AAA Texas 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Race weekend! We have a full

agenda, so please take a few minutes to read through the information below.

Race Weekend Exclusives ~

No Limits Carnival

Texas Motor Speedway is giving race fans something extra to get excited about over the November Sprint Cup

Weekend! In line with the 2013 No Limits Wild Asphalt Circus Theme, Texas Motor Speedway is hosting a

carnival open to the public. The carnival will be located between Gate 9 and the Lone Star Tower Condo

building across from the Dirt Track Compound. It will be open to the public on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

(November 1-3) from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. as well as on Sunday (November 4) from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Fans can attend the carnival which features fifteen rides for $20 for an all-day pass (unlimited rides). There is

also a $40 all weekend pass available as well as a $10 Twilight Special that will be sold after 8:00 p.m.

Sunday, November 4 ~ Post-Race Party & Champagne Toast

Raise your glass and toast the winning driver of the AAA Texas 500. Discover the strategies used to win the big

race and have a chance to ask the winner your question! Reservations include: Dueling Pianos Show, Chef’s

Table, commemorative champagne flute, door prizes and a keepsake photo. Doors will open at the checkered flag of

the AAA Texas 500. $57++

Very Important Reminder ~

Members visiting the Starlight Dining Room during race weekend must have a reservation and be within dress

code. Walk-ins are accepted in the Starlight Dining Room during race weekend if tables are available. For your

convenience, the 4th floor Legend’s Grill will be offering a variety of convenient selections for the November race

weekend. We are proud to announce a more diverse daily menu selection and the exclusive Legends full-service 4th floor

cocktail bar.

Crystal & Gold Lifetime Members may begin making dining reservations on Wednesday, October 10.

Resident & Non-Resident Members may begin making dining reservations on Wednesday, October 17.

Club Member Exclusive ~

The Speedway Club will shuttle members to various locations throughout Texas Motor Speedway

Our Club will provide shuttle services throughout Texas Motor Speedway for the convenience of our Club members.

There will be highly visible ‘The Speedway Club Member Pick-up’ signs located around the speedway, in the infield near

pit-road and under the awning of The Speedway Club. You’ll need to display your Speedway Club Membership card or

wristband to our Shuttle Service Assistants and the service will take you to your desired location within the inner ring.

*Please note shuttle service is unavailable after both qualifying and race.

Crystal & Gold Lifetime Member Garage Tours ~

Crystal and Corporate Gold Lifetime members may begin making garage tour reservations for the November race

weekend beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October10 by calling 817.215.8559. Leave your name, member number,

phone number and which tour you are interested in. The reservations will be taken in the order they are received. You

will receive a return call confirming your tour reservation. Tours are limited to a party of two per membership due to the

overwhelming popularity. Additional names may be placed on a waiting list in case space becomes available. Tentative

tour times are as follows:

Friday, November 2

8:00 a.m.

9:30 a.m.

1:00 p.m.

2:00 p.m.

Saturday, November 3

12:15 p.m.

Sunday, November 4

8:15 a.m.

9:30 a.m.

10:45 a.m.

Noon

All members must be at check-in on the lobby level of the Club thirty minutes prior to the scheduled tour time. Five

minutes prior to departure your spot will be forfeited to individuals on the waiting list.
