TF - Plus Carport Assembly

Please Read Before Installaton

IMPORTANTPlease read these nstructons carefully before you start to assemble ths carport.Please carry out the steps n the order set out n these nstructons.Keep these nstructons n a safe place for future reference.

Care and Safety advce* Please follow the nstructons as lsted n ths manual.* Sort the parts and check aganst the lst of contents.* For safety purposes we strongly recommend that the product wll be assembled by at least two people* Some parts have metal edges. Please be careful when handlng components.* Always wear gloves, shoes and safety goggles durng assembly.* Do not attempt to assemble the carport n wndy or wet condtons.* Dspose of all plastc bags safely - keep them out of reach of small chldren.* Keep chldren away from the assembly area.* Do not attempt to assemble the carport f you are tred, * When usng a stepladder or power tools, ensure that you are follow the manufacturer's safety advce.* Do not clmb or stand on the roof.* Heavy artcles should not be leaned aganst the poles.* Please consult your local authortes f any permts are requred to erect carport.* Keep roof and gutters clean of snow, drt & leaves.* Heavy amounts of snow on roof can damage the carport makng t unsafe to stand below or nearby.* Ths product was desgned and produced to be a carport only.

PREPARATION OF GROUND

Before Startng AssemblyThs carport must be assembled on a sold base,

Choose your ste carefully before begnnng assembly. Ste surface (manly below poles) needs to be level.

ConcreteMAINTENANCE NOTES1. In case of a defectve or damaged part, or for any other questons concernng the product, please contact the manufacturer drectly.2. Please have the parts lst and part numbers on hand when orderng or requestng replacement parts.3. When cleanng, use mld soap or detergent, warm water, and a washcloth or sponge.4. Whle the product s desgned for 4 seasons use, t s strongly recommended to clear snow from the roof on a regular bass.

LIMITATIONS ON THE WARRANTY1. The product s not warranted aganst damages due to vandalsm, abuse, or fallng or thrown objects.2. The product s not warranted aganst damages due to extreme weather condtons, such as thunderstorms, hal, strong wnd or snow storms, or any other acts of God.3. The product s only warranted n the event t s nstalled n accordance wth the Transpa Forza wrtten nstructons enclosed wth the product.4. The product s not warranted n the event t has been mproperly anchored.

The carrer profiles must be bured n pts, anchored and should be filled wth concrete

Prepare the holes of 50x50x50 cm for all the post.Make a anchorage ,and fill wth concrete

Prepare the fixng hole to the ground 50x50x50 cm

The post colon must be bured 50 cm R

Preparatons Of , support post profiles

1 Front post profiles 100 x100 mm2 Mddle support profiles 80 x 80 mm3 Back sde profiles 40 x 80 mm

1 Front support post;Start to assembly the front supportcolons to the roof support profile

Connect the profile wth the angel partand squeeze them wth screw V1

2 Mddle support post;Start to assembly the front supportcolons to the roof support profile

Connect the profile wth the angel partand squeeze them wth screw V1

3 Back support post;Start to assembly the front supportcolons to the roof support profile

Connect the profile wth the angel part and squeeze themwth screw V1

Screw all the angled part wth V 1

The roof profile are connectedto the front post profile drectly wth the screw V2

For the connectons of roof profile to the mddle support you place the trangle part between the roof and thepost support than you screw the screwV3 the nut of profile

For the connectons of roof profile to the back profile,first you connect the alumnum roof holder profileto the back support profile , fix them, wth the screw

INSTALLATION OF ROOFS PROFILES TO THE SUPPORT POST

Assembly three profile to the front mddle and back support profile Once you have gauged the TF PLUS fill wth concrete the holes

ALIGNMENT OF TF PLUS ON THE HOLLES

When the hole wth concrete s completely dred , nstall all the roof profile wth the same method

ASSEMBLY OF ALL ROOF PROFİLES

Place the compression seal by squeezing it between the profile and the roof panel.

Dirve the roof panel between the two roof profiles.

ASSEMBLY ROOF SHEETS

Insert and squeeze and fix the end part of roof sheets wth the end frame profiles

After of holle placemet of end frame profile close all the frame profile wth the end roof profileand screw wth the screw .V5

Fx the profile by squeezng the rubber

ASSEMBLY OF END SIDE ROOF SHEETS WITH END CAPS PROFILES

Insert and squeeze and fix the end part of roof sheets wth the end frame profiles to the front of sheets

After of holle placemet of end frame profile close all the frame profile wth the end roof profilefrom the front part and fix wth the screw V5

Fx the profile by squeezng the rubber

Assembly the roof support profile to every roof profile wth the screw V6
