Mr, Hamrick said: "Everybodyis happy, no one is sick ormissing, and we had a wonder-1ul trip down." Mr. Hamrickstated -that the train ran as asoecial from Columbia, and thatCapt. A vote of ti:e fifty-six parents citherpresent or represented at themeeting showed forty-three for thetrip and 14 against. The parentswere then asked to pledge as muchus they could, and $1108 was raisedthus. Donations from the, publfcwere then asked for, and the remainderraised. The meeting was insession for about two and one-halfhours.
After ,thc business session, planswere made for sending the musiciansto West Palm Beach. A wirewas sent to the director of the contest.for reservations, and D. M.
