Insurance of the cargoes against for the account of importer will be co-insured as its third party contractor with waiver of Subrogation rights.4. Any extra work requested besides the stated scope, shall be discussed and agreed upon in writing by both parties.5. All booking details must be inform in advance prior shipment arrival/departure to avoid problems and delays in document processing and truck schedules.
