•  Analyze tenders, prepare and analyze cost data, assess variations, negotiate claims, value complex structures and buildings.

•  Construction Cost Consultants, Building / Construction Economists, Cost Engineers or Estimators.

What is Construction Drawings ?

•  The construction drawings are the graphic & written record of decisions made during the design process. They consist of the final drawings, details and specifications and are used to communicate the design intent for construction.

•  This Drawing must be included in : Walls, doors, furniture, equipment, lighting, outlets,

demolition and so on, are all specified. Graphic symbols are used to represent walls, doors, furniture, etc.
