LEADERS
Vincent is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and a Fellow of the Association for Project Management (FAPM), with 35 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying and Project Management.
Vincent worked for two major contracting companies in Mauritius, prior to incorporating V d’Unienville & Associates in 1998 to offer Quantity Surveying services.
He embarked on post graduate studies to become a project manager in 2000 and incorporated KEYSTONE Project Management in 2002 upon successful completion of his studies.
His passion for construction related professions also lead him to incorporate a Loss Adjusting Company, PolyExpert (Mauritius) in 2004. He then went further using his nascent African experience to incorporate ARABELLA in Rwanda in 2012, offering both Project Management and Quantity Surveying
services in that country and the east African region.

Ishfaaq is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) who joined D&A in 2008, as Assistant Surveyor, after graduating from the Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in Malaysia. During his 13 years’ experience with D&A, Ishfaaq was involved with a wide range of Residential, Hospitality, Leisure, Commercial and Industrial projects.
In 2010 he was promoted to the rank of Surveyor and continued to be involved with challenging projects until 2013 when he was promoted to Senior Surveyor. In 2018 Ishfaaq became Associate and he is now the Deputy Head of the Quantity Surveying Department since 2021.
Jean Marc is a Member of the Mauritius Association of Quantity Surveyors (MAQS) and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), with 32 years’ experience in the Construction Industry.
He joined D&A in 2006 and brought with him invaluable knowledge of the construction process having previously worked as Operations Director and Senior Quantity Surveyor with major construction companies.
Jean Marc became a shareholder and an Executive Director in 2008. He is responsible for the overall operations in the Quantity Surveying department of the organisation.
