Our Mobile Acceleration solution is able to create an end-to-end, bi-directional acceleration connection between the mobile device and your Origin App Server. Through this connection, we synchronize both dynamic and static content. A global load balancer distributes requests to the edge node that will provide the best performance based on our continuous network monitoring.
Connection OptimizationBy reusing the end-to-end TCP connections between a device and our edge server, the DNS and connection time is significantly reduced.
Adaptive CharacterizationDetermining the requesting device, network type (we support 4G, 3G, 2G, and Wi-Fi) and real-time network conditions allow for customization of the acceleration and ensure an optimal experience for every end-user.
Content PrioritizationOur Mobile Acceleration solution uses front-end optimization strategies, content compression, and progressive rendering to accelerate the rendering of content.
Protocol EnhancementUsing our proprietary protocols over the end-to-end connection further improves standard optimization techniques such as minimizing TCP slow start (common with unstable wireless networks) and maintaining aggressive TCP optimization for transport. HTTP header compression further reduces total page size.
