• SPRS – Quality, Delivery, Commercial & Service• Quality Criteria – PPM, DCAR, PPAP, QMS certification

– Actual PPM vs 10 PPM target– Actual PPM vs Stat code (commodity) average– DCAR – timeliness, pass-through to customer, repeats
