Advanced Torch Height Control • The torch height control is a critical determining
factor for cut quality and accuracy. The AKS dura-kut uses a high quality automatic servo controlled arc voltage system which interacts with the CNC control. This provides substantial productivity increases due to faster response, shorter pre-flow times, programmable retract heights, and tighter integration with the CNC

Programming Nesting Software A key component of the total system, Hypertherm ProNest® software allows the full potential of the AKS dura-kut to be realized. Several nesting software options are available including productivity and cost-saving features such as advanced true shape nesting, parts- in-parts, bridge cutting, common-line cutting, chain cutting, plate inventory with remnant nesting, cost estimating, industrial fittings, HVAC, and more.
