Quality Child Care Animoto Part 2 Some strengths of this assignment helped me a lot in understanding quality child care. When I started this assignment having a perspective on what quality childcare was my ideas weren’t a variety of thoughts I had the common ideas. For example staff should be friendly with parents and build a relationship with both children and parents. Ideas that I have and I know had to go into the assignment some were forgotten but by me doing this assignment it helped me to really think and re-fresh my memory. This assignment was a fun assignment I really think people can use this assignment to help them study for a test because a lot of information in this animoto is stuck in my head now, so in allot of ways this animoto helped in a detailed learning and can prepare me for my placement on how to go about providing quality childcare. I got to use the in-depth of the animoto program as well as everyone else, but I can’t speak for everyone and say we all know how to operate the animoto website really good, but I know I can really use the animoto website really well now. It’s a fun way to learn and to show people your work and what quality childcare means to each individual, all the information in the videos might not all be the same they might be similar because the animoto assignment helped bring out everyone’s best thoughts into image, it’s like a way of expressing one’s self. Some challenges for myself in this assignment was finding the pictures because I used the flickr website and I seen some really good pictures that I thought met up to my standards and the image I had in my head of that certain qualities that I wanted to represent in my animoto but sadly some of the authors that posted the pictures had taken down the rights to allow others to not save their picture. Or certain qualities I wanted to express in the video when I searched it in there was nothing on the searches and that kind of broke my hopes a little on what I was trying to portray in my video, but it also encouraged me to continue looking and not give up. Also one other difficulty I had was looking for a way to see if I could extend the length that each picture would stay onto the screen unfortunately I didn’t succeed in that I even tried to Google how to do that but my search came up with nothing. Overall with this assignment I am really happy with the work I did and I think I portrayed my thoughts well in my video. By:Tanuja Singh
