Q1 is a new entrant in the Oil Marketing Sector duly licensed by Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority. However, new it indeed is yet, it comes with a lot of experience in management. The Board of Q1 has the privilege of having the founder of the �rst private oil Marketing Company after deregulation in 2003 amongst them.

Q1 has set up its head o�ce in Islamabad and is set on a plan to develop storage facilities across Pakistan.Q1 brings with it experience and new ideas. Its pride is its commitment to deliver on its promises.

Chaudary Ahmed Saeed is well known Business Magnate. He is also the current chairman of Servis Shoes Company. He enjoys having a wide experience of handling private entrepreneurship and managing government corporations. He served as Chairman of Pakistan International Airlines and Zarai Taraqiati Bank. He is also into Philanthropy and Social Works and is the Chairman of The Shalimar Hospital Lahore; a welfare hospital having an a�liate medical college which happens to be country’s only non pro�t medical college.

Mr. Chaudhary Ahmed SaeedChairman

Currently he is Chairman of the Board of SNGPL. He has a mix of experience in Government as well as Private sector. In the energy sector he has served as Chairman and CE of the Admore Gas Pvt. Ltd., (2003-11) as well as Chairman of KESC (1997-98). He is currently on the Board of RPL Pvt. Ltd., and Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He is also The Chancellor of MY University (established under the Charter of Federal Govt. under an Act of Parliament) and on the Board of Governors of Muhammad Ali Jinnah University.

Mr. Mehdi remained posted as Deputy Commissioner in several districts including Mianwali, Lahore, Multan and Rawalpindi. He was Commissioner Lahore as well as Rawalpindi. He has also remained posted as Chief commissioner Islamabad and Chairman Capital Development Authority. He has also served as Chief Secretary of Sindh Province and Principal Secretary to The Prime Minister. Mr. Saeed Mehdi has also had the privilege to be part of the Punjab Cabinet from (2008-13) as Advisor to CM on Management and Professional Development.

DEVELOPMENT OF STORAGE FACILITIESQ1 has started development of storage facilities in north, central and southern regions of the country. Committed to development of logistical support and complying with prerequisites of OGRA, our company has not only secured sites but also completed the development work at Sahiwal depot within record short time.

The site at sahiwal is located on few minutes’ drive from the city at Bonga Hayat Road. Under and aboveground storages have been developed at this location for providing un-interrupted and cost e�ective petrol & diesel supplies to the retail network and bulk customers. The facility has been commissioned.

Sahiwal

NOC’s from concerned authority has been secured and 80% of development work has been completed. This site is likely to be commissioned with inshort possible time.

Rawalpindi

Acquisition of land for the development of depot is under process of �nalization. The work on the site will start as soon the requisite NOCs are obtained.

Innauguration Of 1st Retail Outlet In Islamabad

RETAIL NETWORK PERMISSIONQ1 has been granted permission for marketing of POL products within Punjab province. Q1 has also secured permission from OGRA for site development processing. In this context correspondence has been made by OGRA to all DCOs. This is a milestone achieved by Q1, and speaks for the commitment of the management to develop secure franchise network.

BANKERSBank of Punjab, Habib bank,Ltd and Saudi Pak. are bankers for Q1 petroleum. The storage development is being carried out through project �nancing arranged with Saudi Pak Investment.

FRANCHISE CAREQ1 believes in development of franchise network on a professional footing. The objective is to secure investments of the companies so as to maximise security. The development of state of the art storage facility is not only to ful�ll the requirement of OGRA but also provide a sense of security for regular supplies to franchise network.
