Marketing
Holy Spirit School is looking for parents to join our school marketing team. If you are interested in helping
increase enrollment and getting the word out about our school, please contact Beth Wallace
at [email protected]. Beth is the Marketing liaison from the Education Committee.
PowerSchool
Sent home today were instructions to create a parent account for PowerSchool. PowerSchool is a Student
Information System that we use to post lunch account balances, keep parent contact information, and post
grades. If parents have already created an account in the past, you can still use that account or login info. If
you haven't, please follow the steps to stay informed. Pre3-8th grade lunch account balances are posted in
PowerSchool. You can set your email notifications to receive a "low lunch balance" email when your child's
lunch balance is low. If you are replenishing your child's lunch account, please pay on our online payments or
send a check into the office. Do not try to pay directly in PowerSchool. If you have multiple children, please
indicate how the check should be split up. Students in grades 4-8, parents can see their child's grades
throughout the year.
If you have questions about PowerSchool, please contact the school office and we will assist you.
Lunch Volunteers
We need daily lunch volunteers again this year from about 11:15-12:55. We’ll again be using an online program (Sign Up Genius) to schedule the volunteers. Please click on the following link if you can help us
out. Volunteers much be VIRTUS trained and have a completed background check on file. This is a great
opportunity to see your children during the day and help us out over the lunch hour. The teachers and staff
really appreciate your support!
Football Mania
