Conclusions:
The proposed planning process outlined in the four deliverables includes many recommendations that may lead to improved coordination of transportation services in Texas.
Some recommendations may require changes in state statute before they would be feasible.
Additional work by TxDOT staff, input from administration and the Commission, and coordination with stakeholders is required to determine which segments of this process are desirable for Texas and how best to implement them.
