Vision: A higher intensity pedestrian focused area centered around Broadway and Pearl Blvd. that transitions into lower intensity mixed‐use areas near the existing residential neighborhoods.  Reconnect Ft. Sam to Hwy 281 using Grayson and connect Government Hill to Pearl
