Study Purpose:• To Examine the Need for and Feasibility of a New Corridor from
US 27 to I-75 in Jessamine, Fayette, and Madison Counties
The Study Will …
• Focus on Area Between US 27 to Interstate 75– No Corridor Extensions Beyond US 27 or Interstate 75.
• Analyze Alternative Corridors from 1,000 feet to 2,000 feet wide– Will Not Recommend a Final Roadway Alignment– Will Examine a No Build Option
• Determine Economic Feasibility– For Design, Right of Way, Utility, & Construction Phases
