Our partners see the beauty and benefits of using public art as a tool to inspire, reduce stress and enhance the overall well-being of our residents. These community organizations, including the Town of Bel Air Cultural Arts Commission, share the Town's vision to continue the development of our public art landscape. The Bel Air Downtown Alliance has also contributed to our collection with the "Hearts of Harford" initiative. With sixteen heart sculptures located throughout the Town, it's easy to see why Bel Air is known as the Heart of Harford.
