Whether you are a long time resident or just here for a visit, we invite you to be a part of all that Bel Air’s public art collection has to o�er through our Art Walk. We encourage you to
stroll through our vibrant Arts and Entertainment District while also taking advantage of all the fantastic shops and
restaurants along the way! We welcome ideas for the next great public art location and we

BEL�AIR�ARTS�AND�ENTERTAINMENT�DISTRICT
The Town of Bel Air Arts and Entertainment District, designated by the State of Maryland in 2011, is home to a growing number of public art pieces which contribute to making Bel Air a
unique community. Our partners see the beauty and benefits of using public art as a tool to inspire, reduce stress and enhance
the overall well-being of our residents. These community organizations, including
the Town of Bel Air Cultural Arts Commission, share the Town's vision to continue the development of our public
art landscape.
The Bel Air Downtown Alliance has also contributed to our collection with the
"Hearts of Harford" initiative. With sixteen heart sculptures located throughout the
Town, it's easy to see why Bel Air is known as the Heart of Harford.
