End of Year Raffle. Thank you to all who supported our end of year raffle. Congratulations to our winner, Boyd Greenhalgh.
Carols by the Creek - December 11
Carols by the Creek will be held at Apex Park,
Eugowra on Sunday, December 11. The Lion's Club
barbecue will start at 6:30 and the singing at 7 pm.
As in past years the local school children will be first to perform and the community choir will lead
the carol sing along. Flying in for the evening's end will be a visit from the jolly man in red.
A new twist to this year's Carols by the Creek will be the performance of local singer/songwriter
Kerry Hodge. Kerry, who now lives in Kelso, is a true Aussie bushman and busker. He has
performed with Gordon Parsons, Lee Kernaghan, The Wolverines, and many others. Kerry has also
performed on the Footy Show and on the Kerri-Anne Kennerley Show. He and members of his
family won 'best group performance' at the Tamworth Country Music Festival with their version of
'Amazing Grace.'
Eugowra is sure to be delighted by Kerry Hodge and his wit, stories, and Christmas singing.
Please contact Jeanine Gibby at 6867-1100 or [email protected] for any questions or comments.
