Party FAQsDo you have a private party room?Our parties are all in the pool mezzanine (CabanaRoom) at a reserved table. However, you may reservethe La Salle Room at an additional cost.

How many guests can I invite?We can accommodate up to 40 people, including kidsand adults (based on availability).

Is there any age restriction?Yes, ages four to eleven.

Is there a lifeguard on duty?No, our party host is there to assist with the party but is not there to supervise. You need to follow our adult-to-children guidelines. We need a parent(supervisor) upstairs and down on pool levels at alltimes during your event.

What if we run over time limit?We need you to follow your exact time schedule sincewe may have another party following yours. If you runover, a penalty fee will be assessed.

Can we rent a guest room?Yes, you may rent a guest (sleeping) room in the hotel.You may not bring any food or beverage into the poolareas until your pool party is completely over. Onlyregistered guests in the sleeping room can remain inthe pool after party. There is a maximum per room.

Do we need a final headcount?Yes, we will need a final head count 72 hours prior tothe party so we can make any necessary adjustmentson the packages. At that time, your credit card will becharged. No exceptions please. Once we have a finalheadcount from you and the balance has been paid,packages cannot be altered or refunded.

Do you have balloons?Yes, we do and you can purchase them. Let your partyplanner know at the time of your reservation.

How about decorations?Sure, but please make sure you take home anydecorations that you bring in. We often have otherparties scheduled after yours. Silly string, confetti andstreamers are not allowed. Sorry, no candles,sparklers or open flames due to fire code.

Do you have ice cream?Yes, we have ice cream at an additional cost. Placeyour order when making your reservation.

Food Policy: Can I bring in my own food?You can always bring your own cake, but otheroutside food and beverages are not allowed.

Who serves the food?You serve, we clean up.

When do I put my food order in?We need a final head count 72 hours prior to yourparty in order to make sure we have it there on time.If you need to make adjustments after the final count,delivery might be adversely affected.

Deposits & Reservations

We must have a valid credit card in the host’s nameon file. A 50% deposit is required to place yourreservation. No checks please. Deposits arerefundable up to 30 days before your party. You arealways welcome to reschedule one week prior toyour party, provided that we have the date and timeavailable.

If at the time of the party you have more kids thanyour final headcount, there will be an additional $10per child fee.

Party Planning

Time:Two hours, arrive 15 minutes early in hotellobby. Meet party host to review party plan andreceive wristbands. All guests must be presentbefore entering pool area.

Food & Beverage:Unlimited pitchers of Coke®, Mello Yello® andwater during pre-arranged meal time. Threeslices of one topping pizza per person. Paperplates, cups, napkins, forks, and paper tablecloth included. Additional pizza may be pre-ordered at $14.95 per large one topping pizza.No outside food or drink permitted.

Location:Tables reserved in pool messanine (CabanaRoom).

Changing Area:Changing area is limited. We suggest you havechildren wear swimming suits under clothes.You must bring your own pool towel.

Ground Round Gift:Each child, at the conclusion of the party, willreceive a free Ground Round kid’s mealcoupon for a future visit to the Ground Round.A $4.99 value!

All packages require two adults per eight children. Any additional guests enjoying pizza and soda are $10 per person. No lifeguard on duty. You will need to sign a waiver.
