The Precision Rifle Workshop LLC is a seriesof police sniper and general topic law enforcement courses heldannually in the Rocky Mountain area for law enforcement andmilitary personnel.
PRW Instructors are drawn from the military and Police depart-ment SWAT teams for their exceptional experience and presen-tation skills.

the craft. Learn teaching methods for newpersonnel while working on your ownskills. Prepare yourself to lead your team.This course has a practical test and shoot-ing qualification. Three days on the range.and two days in a classroom.
Five Days (50 hours)
This course is a course within a course, students canelect to take the Advanced Sniper portion without theInstructor Certification
Prerequisites require a basic police sniper course and active LEcurrent deployment as sniper. (LE SWORN only)Instructorcertification requirements include LE Range officer credentials,three years as a deployed police sniper and a letter from yourcommander for recommendation. (other LE instructor Creden-tials may apply)

Days 1-3—Range time, Precision fire, Qualifications at basic andadvanced levels, stress drills, tactical problems as a sniper,scouting and surveillance operations, range drills as an instruc-
tor, positional skills
Days 4,5—Classroom—oral presentations, lesson plans, trainingmethods, politics of the job and budget planning, final presenta-
tions and testing.
Equipment: Typical students bring a .308 caliber bolt
action rifle with a high powered scope with external tacti-
cal style adjustments, 300 rounds of match ammunition
and a camelback. A more detailed list is sent upon regis-
tration for a course.
