PURCHASING A PROPERTY THROUGH PENSION DRAWDOWNS

At present, over 80% of the lenders on our mortgage panel accept applications from borrowers who will be 75 or younger when their mortgage is due to end. 40% will take applications up to the age of 80yrs, and just over 25% up to the age of 85yrs.
