General Information 1. Minimum Age for admission : 17 years.

2. Candidates who have appeared for the examination and waiting for results may also apply.

3. The Fees once paid is non- refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

4. Failure to pay fees by due date shall result in imposition of fine.

5. The institute reserves the right to make any changes/amendments in terms and condition of admission at any time.

6. Students is required to inform the institute about any changes in his/her contact details including

permanent / correspondence / PG address, email-id at any point of time.

7. The Institute may make mandatory the submission of any certificates or documents before or at the

time of the admission or afterwards, for the purpose of admission or otherwise, as decided by the

institute.

8. Students undertake/certify that the documents submitted by him/her are original / genuine and not

fake and to the best of his/her knowledge. If found otherwise the fees of the student shall be forfeited

and seprate legal action would be taken by the institute.

9. Institute reserves the right to cancel admission if student fails to submit relevant documents or

otherwise if fails to fulfill any condition.

10. Institute will charge the fee for various facilities like reappear/ backlog etc. as decided from time to time.

11. Student should keep himself/herself well versed with the updates in the Institute through our notice

board/website. Institute is not responsible for any individual intimation of information.

12. In the event of any disputes between the parties the courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Medium of instruction : Medium of instruction will be English.

14. Respective Fee is to be paid at the beginning of each semester. Fee once paid will not be refundable.

Discontinuation from the course will involve forfeiting of the fees paid.

15. Students shall dress appropriately in the Institute premises and maintain personal cleanliness and

neatness.

16. A candidate shall be eligible for appearing in semester examination if the attendance is at least 75%.

17. The Institute shall not be responsible for the loss of personal property of the students or injury

sustained by a student within the campus.

18. No stipend will be paid to students during the period of training.

19. The Management reserves the right to change/modify the fee and rules during the period of course.

20. Candidate with aggregate marks of 85% and above in class Xth and XIIth are eligible for scholarship.
