• Services are very much country and regional dependent:
• India: 3G-324M based IVVR is predicted to be a killer app.
• Korea, Japan: Fixed line IMS based Video conferencing and video messaging
•Services need to support both high-end VGA/720p based video as well as low-end 64kbps based video
•Basically every voice based service can be enriched by the multimedia experience.
Vendors and system integrators therefore, need to offer a platform that will deliver a multitude of applications.
