On expedition programmes learners cook and clean for themselves. The facilitators provide guidance only. The final programme is put together in such a way that it forms a logical flow. This will include activities which are more physical and less physical, more emotionally intense and less emotionally intense, difficult and easy tasks in the mix. The most beneficial activity is often not the most fun, or the most challenging one. The most significant learning may sometimes come from a very mundane activity.
