How we are planning to reach it?1. Create Multiplatform Engine for fast development and online

activation.2. Create first games for focused niche to find flaws and weak spots

of the scheme.3. Attract developers (scriptwriters and artists) and lead them and

help to develop high quality product for our platform (share revenue).

4. License small niche IP (example: Zenescope comics publisher, Numenera game setting) and create new stories for their brands.

5. Move to big IPs (Starwars, Warhammer, Naruto, Final Fantasy, Supernatural, etc).

What we’ve done?• We made first game series (Leviathan: The

Last Day of the Decade).• Even when we have only 2 episodes out of

5, up to 70% of customers prefered to buy full season and wait for new episodes.

• When we have 3 episodes this number grew up to 90%.

• Build good reputation among community.• Create win-win situation for authors.• Let them access to your customers and

present their product.

Rating SystemFate of series will be decided by community rating and popularity. This part is very important because we want to support community and also keep high revenues for the company.

Why we think we can easily license their IPs?

Example: Numenera.Developer: Monte Cook (one of the creators of DnD).Kickstarter: Game based on this setting raised $5 million on kickstarter.License cost: $0.

Why? Because Monte Cook like other authors is interested in expanding his setting or IP. We will contact author and create Win-Win situation. We will take all development cost on our side, so authors will let us use their IP and consult us how to create visual novel that will perfectly fit their vision.
