BACKGROUNDWorking together with Big Mallet, The Salvation Army want to create a modern, mobile responsive, user-friendly digital platform that will transform the web presence of The Salvation Army to serve its members, officers, supporters and wider public users.

We looked at The Salvation Army’s use of digital as a whole with an end goal of delivering a new and robust website for The Army in the UK and Republic of Ireland. Stage 1 focused on the user requirements for corps and centres in creating the new website.

The reason for this approach was agreed in the meeting last year with the Digital Taskforce and Fit for Mission to discover the individual needs of the frontline to promote mission.

CORPS WEBSITEDESIGN

We worked with corps to identify who they want to reach through their website and designed a versatile structure where they can express their individuality through their own content to appeal to their audiences, such as members to let them know what’s on, the local community to encourage them to come along and young people to join in.
