As we know that Today’s business scenario is very rigorous. Every

one is running for the expansion of their business, every one wants

a success in their life and to earn more and more profit.

During working for seven days as an employee of GlobalInfoTech, we got good and bad experiences and we come out with

some conclusion.

• Everyone in this world who is doing M.B.A is passed by

mugging up, but it is difficult to apply management skills

whatever they learn in the day to day life.

• The business of website development for designing isincreasing very rapidly because everyone who running their 

 business wants a fast approach of his product or services to

reach the customers.

• To do a business is an easy task but to run a business or 

survive for a long period is very hard.

• Website designing business is increasing rapidly but not with

a continuous rate so there is a need of some total quality

management techniques like business re-designing,

 benchmarking etc.

In our point of view Global InfoTech capture market a market of 

40% of pune within a span of two years, which is a great

achievement but they have a branches only in Pune, Kolhapur,

Aurangabad.

So, in our point of view they should focus not only in domestic

market but they should also start their operations in internationalmarket.

Limitations

There are some limitations or problems which we face during this

industry interface and we come out with some limitations;-

Most of the companies in the business run as a free lancers butthey show their websites on the internet as a private limited.

During the visiting of companies we were not able to find out the

exact addresses of the companies are not in the existence.

We find out that Global InfoTech is running their operations only

in domestic market not in the international market so they also

expand their operations in the international market.

The average cost of developing a website is little high than some

other companies.
