WP1: Desk based surveys and gap analysis - 4 reports from AU, MOA, EDL and ASU.

o [AU] Comparison of courses and topics conclusion o [MOA] Questionnaire results and analysis o [EDL] Results report of the survey they conducted. o [ASU] Technical report for the scanning, VR environment and LMS.

- [ASU] will send a template for the reports

WP2: Developing the academic contents - [AU] will send the list of courses of the diploma for each program - Most of the syllabus for the courses 50% should be prepared by the March meeting in SOTON

WP3: Digitization of artefact collections 3.1 Hardware and software acquisition.

- All equipment must be purchased at EG Universities by March 2018 3.2 Selecting 200 objects to be scanned and modelled.

- [AU] and [MOA] will provide the list of 200 objects from each museum, Alex and Suez, available by 7/11

- The list with details and content must be finished by Oct 2018 3.3 Formulate the scientific data for the selected objects.

- [AU] Database structure available by 30/10 - Database available online by 30/11 - Data is filled by 03/2018

3.4 Scan and develop 3D stereoscopic models of selected artefacts.

- [AU and ASU] 50 + 50 Models are available by March 2018 3.5 Laser scan and develop a 3D stereoscopic virtual model of AU museum display.

- Prototypes of both techniques available by March 2018 - [DUTH] Will start the laser scanning of 2 objects inside Suez Museum as a prototype.

WP4: Online Virtual Campus - [ASU] Working prototype will be developed by March 2018

WP5: Training for EG staff - Training for 3D scanning and data processing done at SOTON in May 2017. - Training for teaching new programs in museum studies is done at EDL. - Planned the following trainings:

o At ASU by SOTON in Virtual tours (12/17-1w-10p) o In Suez by SOTON/Duth on 3D scanning (02/18-1w-20p) o In Suez by Duth/SOTON on 3D scanning (03/18-1w-20p)



o At SOTON on Reception Studies (03/18-1w-20p) o At MRM on Museum Management (04/18-4d-20p) o At EDL on Museum Education (06/18-1w-20p) o At AU by SOTON on Academic Program Design (08/18-1w-20p) o At EDL on teaching the program (10/18-2w-20p) o At HU by EDL/MRM on Museum Displays and Exhibitions (10/18 -2w-25p) o At Duth on Museum Design and Rehabilitation of Archaeological sites (11/18-2w-20p)

WP6: Implementing new programs & courses - The whole package will be ready and submitted by September 2018 - [AU] Start of the degree in September 2019

WP7: Dissemination 7.2 Project web site

- [SOTON] will send feedback on the social media activities. 7.4 Newsletters, flyers & posters

- [ASU] will send poster design from the roll up and send to the partners - [ASU] will upload the French version of the flyers and rollups

7.5 Public lectures & presentations, seminars & workshops

- [ASU] and [AU] will provide a presentation to be used - Participate in organizing a huge international event in December 2017 called “ICT-Learn 2017” for

the new and innovative applications of technology-enabled education in Universities, project booth will be prepared and presentations by our project members will be organized.

7.6 Final concluding event

WP9: Quality Control and Monitoring 9.1 Implementing Quality control and monitoring
