AIM: An aim is the result which you intend to achieve following the execution

of a number of defined actions. It is also often referred to as a goal or

target.

OBJECTIVES: Objectives are the actions you define and execute in order to

achieve your aim.

To facilitate execution, evaluation, and accountability, it is critical that

you set SMART aims and objectives for every project you embark on.
