When building a complex project, you need to rely on solid fundations,

meaning mastering tools and technics, meaning using them in real

situations. This is what we'll do together over this 10 weeks course.

Project management means using a 6 steps procedure to successfully

guide a project from conception through completion. It also means using

tools and technics to preserve engagement during the entire project.

whatever expertise you deploy when using tools and technics, your project will encounter problems. Because we learn from our problems, it is interesting to share problems. Then, we’ll act as consultants, taking advantage of everyone’s thinking: When one will encounter a problem, we’ll work in groups to propose a solution.Therefore, to make sure you reach your learning achievement, each following class mornings, during 2H30, we will work in groups on your current real life projects.
