• Implement technical solution to facilitate, capture data, and report on Observations & Evaluations performed under the MCESA REIL program
• Deliver single sign on capability through Identity Management System (IMS) and shared services portal
• Migrate data from current tools/DB for historical reference
• Integrate data necessary for REIL Score calculation
• Define repeatable process/deliverables for future opt-in district implementations
