Place Sainte-Catherine

Redevco France is developing a major urban project in the historic centre of Bordeaux, providing some 16,400 sq. m. of gross leasable space. The project is located at the junction of Rue Sainte Catherine and Rue Porte Dijeaux, near the Sephora, Go Sport and Fnac stores. The Sud Ouest newspaper was the current occupant of this key site, which comprises offices and the newspaper’s former printing plant.

The newspaper has moved into a new office block located in La Bastide, on the opposite bank of the river Garonne.

The development will face onto a square (the future Place Sainte-Catherine), which is destined to become a new neighborhood-gathering place. Construction will commence in 2011. The Bordeaux complex is scheduled to open in 2015.
